• Keno Methods That Are Sure To Win

It won’t ordinarily be looked at as the sexiest game in the field of betting, but keno has millions and millions of devoted enthusiasts. As well it should! It’s a regularly exciting lottery-esque game that’s a breeze to pickup, abundantly available in tons of alternate styles, and one that may pay out millions of dollars for gamblers who master its heaps of subtle nuances. But let’s start with the basic rules for now.

When explaining keno to beginners, some gambling masters compare it to the lottery. This is at least partially apt, in that each game is generally numerical. However, to take that comparison too far is likely to be to downplay the great many unique characteristics that make keno so entertaining. Unlike bingo, keno gamblers have the freedom to select the numbers for each card.

Keno cards have a grand total of eighty numbers, but the user is furnished with an increased level of personal responsibility by being able to select as many (or as few) numbers as she feels they need. And it doesn’t take a keno superstar to ascertain how to fill out a card: all you do is circle or otherwise mark all your desired numbers with a good oldmarker like you had when you were in third grade.

Now that you’ve picked your numbers, take your game card back to the nice person at the keno booth. The keno pit manager will record your numbers and then give you a receipt. Do not drop this (potentially) expensive bit of paper! Even if the keno pit manager remembers your pretty face and would like to help out, without a winning ticket on you, you will collect exactly $.00 for your actions.

Now there you have strategy #1: always take care to keep your keno ticket. Let’s move to something a tiny bit more useful, ok?

Once you’ve checked off your numbers, get yourself into a comfy keno booth and watch the action unfold on the screen. This is where the winning numbers show up for all to see. If you have winning numbers, mark your card appropriately. Make sure not to take too much time, or sit there praising yourself for an obnoxious length of time. You want to get up to the keno stand to get your winnings, as a new drawing will probably start within not too many minutes.

Strategy number two: always go back to the keno stand on time!

Assuming you can’t trust yourself to beat that 5 minute margin every time, you always retain the option of buying a "multi-race" card. These include the same set of your chosen numbers on anywhere from two to twenty slips. When the maximum amount of games (matching the number of tickets) is completed, you should then get off your lazy rump and go redeem your winnings.

Still another alternative is recognized as a "stray and play" keno slip, which normally allows you make number choices for thirty rounds or more. Gosh, you can take a world tour and not have to worry about getting back in time to redeem your numbers. Most "stray and play" tickets are good for up to a whole year after it’s bought!

And now you are aware of several required techniques for winning keno. If you are a skillful player, they might seem quite obvious. However, it does not hurt to study up on the fundamentals, and if you are a new gambler, every bit of information will help make your keno playing time more exciting.
