It might not commonly be seen as the most lucrative game in the realm of gaming, but keno has millions of zealous admirers. As well it should! It’s a routinely entertaining lottery-style game that’s easy to learn, readily available in a number of different styles, and one that can return mega-dollars for players who learn its limitless subtle rules. Once you’ve checked your numbers, carry the card back to the clerk at the keno booth. The keno pit manager will record those numbers and then hand you a receipt. Do not lose this (potentially) expensive piece of paper! Even if the keno pit manager remembers your mug and wants help out, without a winning ticket on you, you will win precisely $.00 for your winning card.

So, there you have strategy number one: always be sure to keep your keno slip. Let us advance to something a little bit more useful, shall we?

Now that you’ve selected your numbers, settle into a comfortable keno booth and watch the action unfold on the big keno monitor. That is where the winning numbers are displayed for us. If you have winning numbers, mark your card aptly. Sake care not to dally, or sit there congratulating yourself for an obnoxious length of time. You really want to get back to the keno booth to redeem your winnings, and a new drawing will probably begin within a few minutes.

Strategy number two: always make it back to the keno booth on time!

Assuming you can’t trust yourself to make that 5 minute deadline each time, you always have the option of purchasing a "multi-race" card. These include the same set of your desired numbers on anywhere from two to twenty cards. When the max number of rounds (matching the amount of tickets) is played out, you may then get off your lazy butt and go get your winnings.

Yet an additional choice is recognized as a "stray and play" keno ticket, which usually allows you make number selection for thirty keno rounds or more. Gosh, you can take a Swedish massage and not have to worry about getting back in time to retrieve your winnings. Most "stray and play" slips are good for up to a whole year after you by it!

So now you are aware of several required schemes for winning keno. If you are an experienced keno player, they may appear to be quite obvious. However, it doesn’t hurt to bone up on the basic practices, and if you are a novice user, every bit of advice will help make your keno games more exciting.
